With over 7 specialized certifications, Jenny offers far more than traditional personal training. Her expertise encompasses pre- and postnatal care, older adult fitness, rehabilitation support, weight loss, functional strength training, and holistic wellness transformation. Whether you're rebuilding strength, navigating life transitions, or simply looking to feel better in your body—Jenny provides the knowledge, compassion, and guidance to help you thrive. Jenny's integrative approach blends functional strength training, mobility work, balance exercises, yoga-inspired movement, and breathwork to help you move with ease, prevent injury, and feel better in your body every day. Whether your goals include improving posture, rebuilding strength, staying active as you age, or simply feeling more capable and energized, Jenny’s expert guidance meets you where you are. Sessions are available 1–3 times per week, but are flexible to your needs. One-off sessions are also welcome.
Cancellation Policy
Upon booking the service with Jenny Tecklenburg, I have completed the forms on NEW CLIENT which included The ParQ+ and Waiver and Release of Liability agreement. An email will remind you before your session or class. Jenny will not be able to work with you until these forms are completed. Thank you for your cooperation.
