Progressive Pilates Program
This progressive 3-month Mat Pilates series begins with the foundational exercises created by Joseph Pilates, focusing on breath, control, and alignment. As you advance, we add tools like a Pilates ball, resistance band, and yoga blocks to deepen the challenge, enhance precision, and build strength.
Strength Program
An 8-week follow-along progressive strength program designed with my unique method to help you build strength safely, intentionally, and sustainably. Each session guides you step by step, combining smart progression, strong cueing, and a whole-body approach so you can feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body.

Free Breathworks
My free guided breathworks offer a simple and supportive way to calm your nervous system, deepen mindfulness, and reconnect with yourself. With regular practice, breathwork can become a powerful tool for self-regulation, resilience, and overall well-being—helping you move through life with greater balance, awareness, and ease.
