What Is Hybrid Training?
I love to travel, and I love when my clients travel too — but I don’t love losing momentum with your wellness routine while you’re away. That’s why I offer hybrid personal training.
Whether we train together in person or online, you still have the same trainer who knows your body, goals, and wellness journey. No searching for gyms or studios while traveling — just turn on Zoom and I’m there.
Many clients also love the comfort and privacy of training from home, especially when practicing more vulnerable or challenging movement, breathwork, or mindfulness exercises.
With flexible scheduling and minimal equipment needed, hybrid training makes staying consistent feel simple, supportive, and sustainable wherever life takes you.
