Canadian-born and raised, Jenny started her journey into the wellness industry when she dedicated herself and lost over 60 lbs in her early 20s. She revamped how she viewed herself, how she ate, who she spent time around, and how she exercised and cared for herself. It took almost four years, but it was one of the pivotal moments in her life that can now be felt when you meet Jenny. She wants you to succeed just like her and to live the healthy and fulfilled life you desire.
Over the past 16 years, Jenny has been on a relentless learning journey, consistently updating her knowledge and skills through various courses and retreats. Her dedication to her clients' transformations and continuous self-improvement are the pillars of her practice, ensuring that she can deliver lasting changes in their bodies, minds, and spirits.
Jenny works with movement, breathwork, mindset, and her clients' energetics to create this change. It is not an overnight process, and Jenny sees herself as a teacher for a portion of her clients' lives. She strives to teach her clients so they can 'graduate' with the know-how and practice of self-discipline, internal drive, and an inner knowing of how they need to show up for themselves to keep up a healthy and happy lifestyle throughout the rest of their lives.
Jenny is a teacher at heart, and her passion pours out when she's working with you. Although Jenny holds group classes and workshops, her primary desire is to work with clients one-on-one for a minimum of six months.
