Transform your mind, body, and spirit with Jenny Tecklenburg's holistic personal training program. Through a dynamic mix of yoga, mobility work, strength training, and breathing exercises, Jenny will help you achieve a new level of wellness and strength. This program is designed to not only change your physical appearance but also improve how you feel on a day-to-day basis. We recommend having 1-3 sessions/ week, but it is not mandatory. One-off sessions are allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Upon booking the service with Jenny Tecklenburg, I have completed the forms on NEW CLIENT which included The ParQ+ and Waiver and Release of Liability agreement. An email will remind you before your session or class. Jenny will not be able to work with you until these forms are completed. Thank you for your cooperation.
